Do you recommend vaginal microbiome testing?
Vaginal microbiome testing may provide a useful insight of the vagina’s microbial profile if conditions related to vaginal health are present. However, this very much depends on a person’s individual symptoms as to whether testing would be an appropriate course of action.
I’d love thoughts on this thrush remedy….Capsule broken into dish, Aloe vera juice and mix, needleless syringe and send up as far as possible, and remain lying down for an hour if possible, to allow the probiotics to exert their powers.
All our probiotic supplements have been clinically trialled and shown to exert their effects when taken orally, therefore we only recommend they be taken orally.
Can these be used in conjunction with antibiotics?
These two strains, Lactobacillus rhamnosus GR-1® and Lactobacillus reuteri RC-14®, can be taken alongside antibiotics or antifungals to improve treatment outcome. We recommend they be taken 2 hours apart from antibiotics, (but they can be taken at the same time as antifungals).
